Okay, so I just switched from my old Telus LG phone to the BlackBerry 8703 e and back again.
This phone has honestly given me nothing but troubles. I went through two BlackBerrys (exact same model, exact same problems). Some of the store clerks who have it have had to go through three phones themselves just to ensure good quality. My msg, email, and internet logos keep erasing themselves off the main browser, I can't dial 1 for my voice mail, and I can't just start dialing a phone number like a normal cell phone. Some of my calls are going right to voice mail as well. This has caused me nothing but problems!
My sister bought the exact same one and we've downloaded almost the identical stuff and yet I'm the only one having issues? Why do I want to go through five or six different phones just to have one that works properly? This makes no sense to me! They say it could be a virus, but they really aren't sure.
I have nothing against Telus though. Every single person that served me and helped me with this problem has been nothing but patient and understanding and I thank them for it. It's called great customer service. I'm just that I found out how bad this phone was quickly and that I was able to get out of the plan hassle free! Honestly, who would want a phone that you have to keep wiping the memory or getting a new one just to make a friggin' call?! Not worth it!
