Blue lizard sunscreen

I was given the opportunity to test this sunscreen for free.

You can apply it like you with any other type of sunscreen. I found the texture of it the same as any other sunscreen I've used. Goes on having that feeling of it being thick and leaves your skin shiny when you first apply it. That shine does go away.

I didn't find that it leaves a residue or makes your skin sticky. But I'm guessing it you applied it and went right away somewhere sandy it would stick to you. I did apply it to my face as well and I didn't break out. Also it is water resistant.

It smells like sunscreen does but I did find it wasn't a strong smelling as some sunscreens. All the information and the proper way to apply is all on the back and very simple to understand.

The only thing I was unable to test is how well it does in the actual sun, sadly where I live it is winter right now.

I definitely would feel comfortable using it for my family.

Such amazing sunscreen

This is such an amazing, sunscreen lotion SPF 50! I really like how beautifully it just goes onto my skin without leaving any white cast. It also doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or breaking out.

I love how lightweight this sunscreen is! It makes a perfect, skin-protecting base for makeup. It's doesn't make my makeup/skin look greasy and doesn't make my face feel heavy at all. Plus, it doesn't cause any piling! It effortlessly blends into my skin, leaving no residue or greasy feeling behind.

The texture of this sunscreen is great – it's watery and easy to rub in, ensuring even coverage without any patchiness.

Pro Tip: Apply a vitamin C serum mixed with sunscreen to clean face and let it sit on your face for a few minutes - Vitamin C will boost the effects of the sunscreen. Don't worry if there's a bit of a white cast, it'll fade once you stop rubbing! Then use a small amount of moisturizer and mix it with a niacinamide serum and work that into your skin. Let it sit on your face for a few minutes before starting your makeup application. This regimen will enhance the effectiveness of the sunscreen, nourish and protect your skin, and make the absolute perfect base for all-day lasting makeup!

Good product

Great sunscreen! It blends into my skin well without leaving a cast. It feels very light and doesn’t make my skin look greasy. It’s thin in consistency. My only concern with the product is its packaging. The nozzle is too big and the sunscreen spills out as soon as I tip it over. This makes it very tricky to use. Other than that, it’s a great product

White cast alert

I got this free product from Butterly to try and provide my honest review. This is a mineral sunscreen made for sensitive skin. I initially tried it out on my face, it didn’t irritate my skin, doesn’t have a strong fragrance, and wasn’t drying. BUT it leaves a horrible white cast on the face. So I would recommend it for the body not for the face. It’s water resistant and has SPF50 so I will definitely be using this all summer long for my body. Overall I liked it, it was good for my body (after a lot of rubbing) but would not recommend putting this on your face.

Good for sensitive skin!!

As someone with sensitive skin, finding the right sunscreen can be a daunting task. Smooth & Reliable

No white cast sunscreen

Tried this sunscreen for the first time and I instantly loved it. It has spf 50 and it provides protection against UVA and UVB rays. It is water and sweat resistant and feels really hydrating on my skin. It is very lightweight. Doesn’t leave white cast on skin. Highly recommend it.

I received this as a promotion to review this product and I honestly can say I love it. We love the natural ingredients, we love the protection it offers and it doesn’t leave you greasy or with a white cast. I will 100% be buying this for our family this summer!
