worst online shipping system
I have no issues when I go into the store. My low rating is for the online shopping. Things can be seen as available and you purchase it then actually it's not in stock. This has happened twice and now they are sending me a free pair from my order but not the ones I actually purchased in the buy one get one free deal. Takes forever to talk to so me one or they just close you case without messaging back. They know their online system is terrible yet keep it the same. Lots of people complain about it yet again they don't do something about it. This will bet he last I oder online after I deal with this order
Bad Customer Service - Refund policy
I went to this store for the first time and it will be last. The fitting rooms were closed and my boys didn't have the opportunity to try on the pants. When they tried on them at home, these were too big for them even we picked the smallest size your store carries.
My teenagers are tall but skinny. They offered a store credit but that isn't a solution for my family. We just need pants. Customer service at the store was really bad (Bluenotes @ Oakville Place). Your company needs to be flexible with your refund policy when your fitting rooms are closed.
Absolutely the WORST company
Absolutely the worst company I've ever purchased clothes from. Ordered cardigans one month ago, paid extra shipping to have them delivered quicker. Clothes were not sent for over two weeks. Still have not received the entire order. Bluenotes does not have a customer service to call, if you email them they do not respond. Do not purchase from this company, they will screw you!!! Pass it on!!!!
