I redeemed a Bobbi Brown gift box with my points at Sephora and a travel size of this eyeliner was in there. If you are a person who likes black eyeliner, this eyeliner is BLACK. It is so dark, I don't know if it is possible to make it any darker and that is what makes this product so great. One downside, the product is quite soft so it is hard to get a good point when sharpening. Going in afterwards with a liquid may be necessary. Though, the softness of the pencil does make it great for doing a smudgy smokey eye! I so wish that I could afford to buy this pencil and make it my daily because I would go out and buy every color.
