Bobbi Brown Luxe Liquid Lip High Shine was one of the products I received in my Chick Advisor kit. I am not sure that this is the lipstick for me. The lipstick had great shine but felt thick and did not cover as well as I would have liked. For the price of this lipstick, I was expecting it to penetrate the lip making it longer lasting. The colour was not a very true colour and lost its edge not long after the application. There are other lipsticks out there that are much more flattering and I would not recommend this lipstick.

I received this in the chickadvisor showcase at home kit. I received the red shade. Although I dislike red lip colors on myself I still tested it out. The product was a little too sticky and glossy for my liking and the color was definitely not for me. It did not last very well through eating and drinking. The packaging feels so high quality and is very nice. This product might be good for someone who is looking for a vibrant glossy red shade and will not be eating or drinking while wearing this. I think there are better lip products available at a lower price point if packaging is not your first concern.

Nice colour but didn't work for me

I was really excited to try Bobbi Brown Luxe Liquid Lip High Shine. I received the shade Italian Rose. I loved the packaging, the glass tube and gold handle gave it a really luxurious feel. Application was a breeze, it applied smoothly. It was not drying at all, and colour pay off was great. Unfortunately, Once I drank from a mug, the colour transferred to the glassware immediately. I went on to have lunch and it smudged all over my mouth area. I looked like a clown in less than two hours. I'm really sad it did not live up to it's 8 hour wear claim. I really liked the colour and how it felt when I wore it, but it just doesn't work for me.

Bit too heavy for this gal

I had the chance to try Bobbi Brown Luxe Liquid Lip High Shine through the ChickAdvisor Showcase box. I unfortunately did not like it. I found the colour went on too heavy and it looked fake on my lips. I am a rural girl living in the Southern Interior of BC and looked like I should have been walking the streets of Downtown Vancouver. I don't mind these products, but I did have to heavily tone it down with tissue. For me that doesn't really make it worth it due to the fact that I would rather just put on some shine. I would have liked it if it just had shine but no colour. The colour looked fake to me.
