Throw them in smoothies!
Recently I have begun more of a health/fitness journey over the past 2 months. I love smoothies but normally keep it on the simpler side. I bought a package of chia seeds to add in on a regular basis, and love them! It doesn't alter the flavour (too) much, which is great. I will keep adding them in for health benefits!
