This product was very easy to prepare and it had clear instructions. I plan to purchase this product again because it was delicious and it gives me the opportunity to make a quick snack and it saves me time.
Super easy mix
Just look how good this Banana stuffed Blueberry Matcha Loaf Cake i have ever made. I used was Grain-Free Blueberry Muffin Mix @bobsredmill , make it into a loaf cake instead of muffin. It is so easy to make with added a handful of ingredients. Nice to see a mix made with real blueberries and real almond flour. There’s actually quite a lot blueberries included in the mix and i like that. They are a great gluten and dairy free alternative.
I’m super pleased and it tastes better than I imagined. Another flavor experiment that the outcome just surprise me. They're perfectly crumb, moist, sweet. I can promise you that these will be the best combo and they are the perfect dessert for any sweet cravings.
What you need:
1 x Grain-Free Blueberry Muffin Mix
2 sliced bananas
150ml water
40ml melted coconut oil
10 g matcha powder
15 g nutritional yeast
Chopped almonds, vegan dark chocolate chips & cacao nibs (fairly generous amount)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Add the ingredients ( Water, melted coconut oil, matcha powder into the mix and mix very well
3. Fold chopped almonds into the batter
4. Pour 1/2 batter in bottom of cake pan
5. Place sliced bananas onto the bottom layer of batter.
6. Cover sliced bananas with remaining batter.
7. Top w/ chocolate chips & cacao nibs
8. Bake for 30 min.
