Not the best

I bought this lotion on a whim while in the dollar store, I have super dry skin this time of year and am forever using lotion. Well, for me, I got what I paid for. The packaging says it's unscented, but I find there is a mild almost medical smell to it... it's very faint, but it's there.
The lotion is is non-greasy, creamy but also more on the watery side, perhaps that's from the petroleum jelly and Vitamin E. At first it absorbed really well on my hands, I could almost reapply it a second time within minutes, but it doesn't last. My hands feel and look dried out again and I needed to put more on about an hour later.
This lotion isn't for me, I like lotion to really sooth and hydrate, without the need to keep reapplying every hour. Maybe others will have more success with this, I just have really dry skin.
