Simply place the refilled keratin gloves and socks on your hands and feet while you sit and relax for 20 mins. Then remove and discard the gloves and socks. Massage in any cream that is left and voila super soft hand and feet. My only wish for this product would be that the gloves and socks be made of materials that would be more eco freiendly.
