This pre-workout formula is amazing in my books. Unlike some of the more expensive brands, the dosage isn't too high for someone on the smaller size like myself. I find that this product helps me get in my workout on days that I'd really rather not without making me jittery. Totally worth it! (Especialling with the 10-15$ price)
