Kinda work

I saw these for about $5 at rcss so I thought I'd give them a try.firstly they taste horrible, very dry hard and chalky but if I eat two of them I do notice a diffusion milk supply and the ingredients are so good and healthy. Don't buy this thinking you will make a river of milk it's more of a little boost
