I add Boost Complete to my daily smoothies. As a senior, It gives me peace of mind that I am getting additional protein & vitamins every day. While the flavour is OK, I prefer to add juice or fruit to improve the taste, such as blended banana or even a bit of almond butter, sometimes I use coconut water which is quite tasty

Smoothie Bowl Recipe
1Tbs Boost complete +
1/2 Cup of frozen fruits
1 small banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
Mix everything in the blender!
Garnish with blueberries, bananas, chia and hemp seeds!
It was delicious and very filling!
