BOOST® High Protein - Vanilla is delicious. Then you add the fact that it is good for you - well, that is just a big bonus! I work out and am in my fifties, so extra protein is very important to my weekly diet. Usually these kind of drinks taste grainy or chalky, but this was smooth and very similar to a milkshake! I love this product! I take one a day. It's got a great flavour. Yes , it is costly when not on sale however it is worth every penny. For me , it helps maintain a healthy weight and since I'm not a good water , this product has the nutrients needed :)
