the taste was there but i found it a little chalkie i would not recomend this brand i have not tried any others yet but i plan on it. i think protien is over rated . but i would try another sample
I was looking forward to trying this out, as I use protein powder on a regular basis, pretty much daily.
I look for a few things when purchasing protein powder; nutritonal value, calories, carbs, protein, and value.
I was hoping that this would be good, as I liked the idea that it was dairy free, and also flavorless.
Something positive: it doesn't have too much of a taste (but still has that typical whey protein flavor), and it wasn't too bad to dissolve into a mixture, even though you have to use tons of it to get the protein as advertised on the canister.
Lots of negatives. There's not a lot of nutritional value; the name "just protein" is indicative of there being just protein in it. It has 80 calories in it. For that kind of calorie consumption, I want the vitamins and minerals and whatnot that come along with most protein powders on the market. On top of that, there's only 10 servings in a can, for roughly $20! (i called a couple of places to find out the price, and looked online). Quite frankly, a rip off.
I absolutely do not recommend this product if you are looking for a nutritional supplement, but might if you had money to burn, and have tons of allergies, and just want protein and nothing else.
