You can taste it if you just mix it with water and drink it - tastes and smells like collagen powder. But this is great in soups and baking! It dissolves just like collagen so it doesn't affect the texture of whatever you add it in.

I loved it I would buy again forsure the only thing I did not like was the flavour, it’s not flavoured so maybe if it had a little bit more taste I would enjoy more. But I felt a boost of energy after and it felt amazing. Great product!!

It's always so hard to find a protein shake that doesn't taste awful, chalky or sickeningly sweet with gross fake flavors. This protein powder is sugar free and flavor free! You can add it to smoothies or your own drink of choice without needing to choke down a gross tasting drink!

I recently tried Boost Just Protein powder because of the fact it had no artificial sweeteners. It gave no extra flavour to my smoothie and I wasn’t hungry all afternoon.

I have been looking for a good protein powder for a while now and finally found THE ONE - Boost Just Protein! With only 2 ingredients ( Whey Protein Isolate and Soy Lecithin) it is healthy, easy to digest and you can add it to anything you like. 100 % do recommend this product.
Mix With Food or Shakes for best Taste!
Compared with the Boost sugar filled, "diet" drinks, I am pleasantly surprised by the lack of sugar and low sodium in this protein supplement.
I add a scoop to my morning smoothie, and it makes it just the right milk-shake consistency vs pure liquid. I found I am full all morning, and my work outs aren't as strenuous since incorporating protein powder into the mix.
I tried it mixed with milk, and it was a bit clumpy, and not a very tasty addition to my milk - so I don't recommend doing this!
I also used it in my granola protein balls, and it helps hold them together a lot better than just peanut butter alone.
So for anyone who needs a boost with energy, or protein added to fitness regime, this is a decent fit at a low cost.
I mix this up in the morning in a travel bottle I can bring with me on my commute to work. First thing in the A.M I have no desire to eat but I need to keep up my energy and hydrate. This fits the bill, tastes good, mixes easily, I feel full and it keeps me energized and nourished.
I have a protein drink at least once a day and have tried many different protein powders. Whey is one of my favourite sources of protein as it tastes milky. Boost Just Protein does have a subtle milky flavour. I was a little hesitant to use an unflavoured powder as I usually use vanilla flavour. This was delicious by itself and I found it quite filling. Not so much as some heavier proteins but satisfactory. I just mixed the powder with milk for my first try and will drink it like that often. It is very smooth with absolutely no gritty bits whatsoever. With a high protein and 0 fats and sugars, I will be purchasing this in future.
