This is such a great tasting nutritional drink. It has all the vitamins and minerals as well as having 10 grams of protein. There's also no artificial colors or sweeteners. I know that I don't always get the nutrition I need due to not being hungry or just too busy to eat, so drinking one of these gives me what I need to keep going. I love the taste, it's rich and creamy without being too sweet. They're great and convenient and you can take them on the go. I like mine cold out of the fridge but I'll drink it right out of the box as well. Love it. There are also other flavors if you don't like vanilla or just want variety.

I received a sample for the vanilla boost nutritional drink, great flavour and very filling! I enjoyed it very much didnt have a chalky type of flavour and I recommend this is your on the go for some extra energy!

Efficace, mais goût moyen

J'ai pris mon boost vanille le soir, alors que je n'avais rien mangé de la journée. Ça m'a effectivement remplit, et je n'avais plus faim. Donc, c'est efficace quand vous n'êtes pas capable de manger. Par contre, je dois avouer que le goût m'a laissée perplexe, je trouve que l'arôme de vanille n'étais pas assez prononcé, et donc, cela goûtait un peu les médicaments. Ça m'a un peu levé le coeur.

I would have never thought to try it before I received a sample of it. I love it. I use it in my iced coffee’s instead of creamer. I find it creamy and a good taste. And the best part it’s good for you and fills you up!

Amazing Taste

I received Boost Vanilla as a sample and I wasn't sure how the taste would be for a drink like this. Fortunately, it had great flavor, not chalky like I thought, and it was easy to drink for a bit of an energy boost. Highly recommended.

good nutritional drink

It is one of my nutritional supplements, when I feel hungry but no time to cook or in the car I rather drink it. It is not too sweet and taste good. It is easy to carry ( in my purse) and easy to open.

Great in overnight oats

My yummy breakfast I prepared last night was Overnight Oats!! Thanks @sampler.io for the @boostnutritioncanada sample. It was fun to try Boost in a new way that I never thought of. There was a recipe calendar that came with my Boost sample and I can't wait to try more recipes out of it. I drank the Chocolate flavored Boost for months after I had my son to help with extra nutrition while breastfeeding but I really didn't like the aftertaste of it. I never really thought about putting the Boost into something I just thought about drinking it right out of the bottle. This time I decided to try Vanilla so that I could try it in my favorite overnight oats. I have had a hard time having milk in anything since I had my gallbladder surgery as it upsets my stomach badly so I thought I would try this as a milk replace in my overnight oats. It was so yummy and delicious and it gave a nice vanilla flavoring.

Overnight oats are super easy to make and are great on the go. If I get behind in the morning getting ready for work with having a toddler I can easily take this for breakfast on the go or I've also take it on road trips in the summer. That nice thing about overnight oats is you can add anything you like to them.

I used:
♡1/2 cup oats
♡1/2 cup Boost
♡1 tsp brown sugar
♡Sprinkle of cinnamon
♡Berries (blueberries, strawberries and mango)
Make before bed and put in fridge. Yummy and delicious come morning!

I Got it for free to try. The drink taste amazing. The texture is smooth, silky with perfect blend of milk and vanilla. The nutritive value is also great, great to have after exercise or just to have a break. The quality content is perfect that helps satisfy the appetite and gives the feeling of fullness. Tastes amazing

I received a complimentary sample of this from sampler for testing purposes. I absolutely love the chocolate and vanilla flavour! I've never tried BOOST before but it's definitely my new go to! The chocolate one is my favourite and it tastes just as rich as a chocolate milkshake but isn't as sweet which I love. It's the perfect drink for when you feel snackish or when you're on the go. I highly recommend!
