I ended up buying a six-pack because it was on sale and I had a coupon. I usually buy Ensure but it wasn't on sale. I will never buy Boost again, even if it is dirt cheap. I've had a couple and no matter how much I shook them, there were still some undissolved powder and it was not smooth going down. Even my mom doesn't drink Boost anymore for the same reason (different six-packs from different stores, same problem). I'll stick to Ensure.
