This is a Boots own brand Ibuprofen Gel For all types of muscle and joint gripes, Ibuleive or Voltarol equivalent I’d say - the Boots own product gives temporary relief from most muscular aches and pains but no it’s not a substitute for going to your GP / Walk-in Centre . It’s OK but don’t rely solely on topical preparations.
