At first it didn't seem to have changed my hair much so I gave it more time. Now I use it once a week and let it sit in my hair, wrapped in a towel, for at least 30 minutes, and notice how much softer and shinier my hair is. The 'frizz' is less of a problem for the entire week and it stays softer without losing the natural curl. So I need to use it once a week or my hair goes back to dull, frizz, uncontrollable perpetual 'bedhead'.

The one thing that still baffles me is how much I rinse my hair after it's been in a towel wrap and still seem to have some of it come off on the towel, but at least its the same color as my hair and towels.
