Boscia Bright White Mask
I received a sample of this mask from a gift with purchase at Sephora.
I loved how thick the mask texture was and it was very easy to peel off when it had dried.
The mask was perfect to get rid of my dry scaly skin from the harsh winter wind and the recent outbreak of acne that was still healing.
Once the mask was peeled away my skin looked refreshed, glowing and the dry skin was gone.
Channeling Mrs Doubtfire Here
So, I bought this in a combo pack with a couple other types in the box, but this one was so much fun. I applied it thick, and that made it easier to peel off. It helped calm my slightly uneven, pink face, and left me feeling clean and smooth. Fair warning- my husband told me I looked like Mrs Doubtfire with it on (you know, when he shoves his face in the cake icing), so you may not be taken seriously for about half an hour.
A good alternative to the charcoal mask
This is a good alternative to the boscia luminizing black mask. I am perplexed at why that one is called luminizing when the effects are quite mattifying but I digress... let's talk more about this one. Whatever you do don't read the ingredient list, it's filled with crap, the second ingredient is alcohol. If you can move beyond the ingredient list, it's an effective mask. You can watch my video about it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5coaJKmii8&t=25s
it makes my skin smooth and somewhat brighter, but so hard to peel it off. need to rinse it vigorously with a lot of water. i expect higher for the price
I love Boscia products and I was really looking forward to try this product after hearing many amazing reviews about on Youtube and other beauty blogs but it didn't work out as I expected for me. Quite disappointing, its only a temporary effect and it doesnt last long. It has a heavy tooth paste texture that has to be apply at least 2 layers on the skin for better results. It's a pricey mask (47$) and I find other cheaper face sheet mask are more long lasting than this tube.
