I got this as a freebie from Boscia and I waited to use it as Under-eye bags aren't my concern, but my dark circles are. So did this help my under eye bags… I have no idea, as I don't have an issue with them. But I did like this eye cream. Right now all I'm looking for an evening night cream is that it keeps that area hydrated during the night and that I don't wake up in the morning feeling dry. This does that! There's also no scent which is wonderful, as so many lately that I have been trying out, are heavily scented or the skin under my eye are very dry when I wake up. I love that it's an air tight pump and it's a thicker, almost balm/cream. So it hydrates, has so scent and you really don't need a lot of product to hydrate the eye area and it does sink in, but I wouldn't ever wear it during the day or try to add make-up over it.
