A little goes a long way. One pump foams up and cleans my whole face and neck. There is an initial warmth while foaming up the product but it disappears. My sensitive skin was not irritated by this product.

It really warms up as you apply it to your face, the only thing I didn't like about this was the consistency. I like cleansers that I can easily use with my Clarisonic so because of the viscous texture, it was harder to lather with my clarisonic, but other than that, it works great to clean your skin and remove any residue makeup.
