One of my favorite pieces of to add some fun
The Bosu Ball is one of my favorite things to use to add some fun into my workouts when I'm feeling bored or don't have a lot of motivation. It's easy and fun to use for stability and balance work. You don't realize how many little muscles are involved in stability until you have to use them!
One thing I will say is that I see lots of people (even trainer who should absolutely know better) stand on the flat part of the Bosu Ball. This is not how this piece of equipment should be used, and there's even a warning written on it saying so.
I love my Bosu ball. It has a variety of uses for different types of workouts. I have the one that comes with resistance bands attached which is great for arms. It is a very versatile piece of workout equipment.
I love the bosu ball - it's a great workout tool to have for someone like me who does most of my workouts at home and not at the gym! It helps with balance and strengthening/toning muscles which, as a dancer, are two of my main focuses when it comes to fitness. It's a bit of a hefty investment at first but I have seen them for a good price at Costco and I think it's worth it!
So I quite like the bosu ball. It is very pricey though and I prefer to just use the ones provided at the gym but they really are fun to use when you know ho to use them correctly. You can definitely get a good workout on one of these!
Iam not a bog fan of the bosu ball. I find that you can do the same work outs and get the same benafits just using your own body weight and a mat. But for some people they enjoy the ball alot. Always worth the try
Im not too sure how effective this is for a workout but i mean its fun. I like incorporating workouts using the bosu ball just to change things up and make it fun. I don't find that it gives me a better workout but it does make it more entertaining.
I miss my Bosu ball so much! I used it in all my workouts and it kicked it up an extra notch. Great for improving balance. I recommend it for anyone including seniors doing modified workouts.
If you have the money to get one of these, buy it. You can do so many exercises using it. You keep engaging your core and build your stability when using this
A Bosu ball is a great piece of equipment for certain exercises.
I had to use it regularly when I was going to physiotherapy after my lower back injury.
It is also great when you want to advance exercises. It works well for ab exercises.
If you flip it over and grip on the edges of the bosu ball you can really challenge your
push ups. Or even challenge your balance on top of the upside down ball and do some
squats. It's a versatile piece of equipment but it isn't cheap. There are certainly other
pieces of equipment that I would suggest prioritizing (like dumbbells and bands) before
this for a home gym,
OK I tried this at the gym and in my opinion it's kind of a waste you can exercise and workout without this silly ball I certainly wouldn't buy one my self
