This is meant to be a highlighter pencil for your eyes and face. I picked this up hoping it would be a cheaper alternative to products like the Chella Highlighter Pencil, Benefit High Brow, and so on. I was disappointed to find out it's nothing like that. This pencil isn't all that cheap itself, and it isn't great quality either. The pencil is too hard and waxy. The color is a very sheer, iridescent pink. It sits a little funny, sort of clumpy, on the skin, and doesn't melt/blend in. Not good and not worth it.
