The promise: 1 sec per nail, as to apply and dry, a special silicone formula.
the brush is über wide but I like. I could not the 1 sec to apply as I needed 2-3 strokes to cover my nails.
But it dries pretty fast, but it needs 2 coats from the majority of them.

This is the first time I have purchased this product and was extremely impressed. 1 coat covered the nail unlike most nail polish. It went on smooth and because of the brush design only required one stroke for the small nails (baby finger) and toe nails.
