The promise: 1 sec per nail, as to apply and dry, a special silicone formula.
the brush is über wide but I like. I could not the 1 sec to apply as I needed 2-3 strokes to cover my nails.
But it dries pretty fast, but it needs 2 coats from the majority of them.
