interesting wand

Its a really product! You can switch to change brushes. one is smaller and the other is longer. It works really well once you get the hang of it. Its not chunky and doesnt fall all over face. I would user it again. #gotitfree #?$cinqasept

No strong feelings

Received this product at the #ChickAdvisorCinq event. Gave it to my mom who normally doesn’t use mascara. She thought it was fine and like the twist action the mascara wand has.

A gimmick that actual works!

This mascara has a unique 2-in-1 applicator that is customizable for length or volume. I found that it has a nice consistency and applied easily. A little flaking was apparent late in the day but overall, I was happy with this product. I received this product for review in a gift bag at a paid ChickAdvisor event.

Adjustable Brush is a Cool Extra Feature

This mascara is of a good quality. It is very black and has a good consistency. The very cool thing about this particular mascara is that it comes with a brush that is adjustable. It can be short, with the bristles very close together or it can be longer, with the bristles farther apart. It is super easy to adjust it, just a small turn of the cap. I applied to one eye with one brush and the other with the other. Admittedly, I didn't see a big difference between the two sides but I think the shorter one gave a somewhat thicker, fuller look and the longer brush gave a more separated look.

Great wand!

I have short and sparse lashes. So this adjustable wand is a great way for me to both lengthen and thicken my lashes. This is such a great concept! It took a little bit of playing around to figure out what way to apply works best for me. Now I have the hang of it and my lashes look great. It lasted throughout my work day and into the evening (I never wear mascara 24 hours so I don't know how long it would last :).

I want to love this unique product.

This mascara features a twistable brush that allows you to customize it either for thickening or lengthening. What a unique idea, I honestly can't believe no one has ever thought of this before!

I generally gravitate towards thickening mascaras. For reference my two loves are (drugstore) CoverGirl LashBlash and (luxury) Benefit's They're Real Mascara.

I like this mascara but I don't love it. After playing with it for a few days, trying a few different looks, I found the process that works best for my needs. Instead of just using the thickening or lengthening brush on their own, I found that starting out with the thickening brush to coat my lashes, followed by the lengthening brush to separate them worked the best.

I did find that it flaked ever so slightly as the day went on, but not horribly. I tend to like mascaras after they have been exposed to air for a couple of weeks and have thickened a bit (just me?) so by that standard I have to wait and see if my love for this product grows. As of right now I find that it is a little sticky and wet, and my lashes clumped together a bit more than I like and am used to with my other two FAVE mascaras.

I will certainly continue to use this mascara and would consider repurchasing. I would recommend it to a friend to try, simply for the unique experience of using the twist up brush.

New favourite Mascara

Now I'm usually a false lashes type of person, however the concept behind this mascara was different! I like the control over the wand and found that it didn't smudge on me. The price point indicated was about $23, which coming from a non mascara advocator, that was just a bit pricier than my current favourite mascara (L'oreal paradise).

Fun twist

When I first saw this at an event I thought this was the coolest thing ever and had to have it! Luckily I received this from the cinq a sept event! I love the fun brush, give you the options of going for length and /or volume! Good concept for travelling, one less item to bring with me! It work pretty nicely but as usually there’s minor smudging after some wear. My face get oily especially during the summer! There’s minor flaking but it not very noticeable.

All Day Wear

I received Bourjois Twist Up The Volume Mascara 24HR through the ChickAdvisor Cinq a Sept Event. When this was introduced to me I was impressed with the twist-able wand. One way for volume and the other for length. It really works and makes a difference. Easy to apply and waterproof for all day wear. I really liked this mascara, glad I got to try and give my review. I would recommend to try this and the cost is in line with many other brands of mascara.
