I don't have dairy and kind find a lot of dark chocolate bitter and grainy, they don't tend to melt well either.
This is perfect, and with orange is my favourite.
The flavour is intense chocolate, yet smooth and with a nice orange taste.
This melts really well too, perfect for a ganache.
