I love this cheese. It goes real quick when you put it out for quests. Try putting some balsamic vinegar on top-just a little and it gives it a bang. I recommend it for everyday nibbling or putting out for entertaining.

I buy this at Costco and it does not last long in our house. Everyone in our family enjoys this cheese! It's great on crackers but also fabulous in other recipes calling for soft cheese.

I really love this cheese and it does not last long in my house...its so creamy and it is not strong tasting. The herb & garlic is my fave. The price is excellent too!

Can't get enough of this cheese! i tried the herb and garlic flavour and the shallot and chive one. Both delicious and ohh so addictive!! A crumbly textured cheese with lots of flavour. Great with a fresh baguette or for a nice chicken pesto panini. This cheese comes in a variety of flavours, can't wait to try a few more :)
