The only way to do ACV!
If you’re skeptical about the ACV trend, don’t be. I was initially skeptical about drinking pure vinegar, but then saw the results on my sister’s midsection post pregnancy. After trying out the different brands, I have settled on Braggs since it is unfiltered and much more natural. As a bonus, it tastes a little bit like apple!
Best all around brand for ACV with 'mother'
This stuff isn't the best taste (no acv is tasty), but it's great for use internally and externally. I use it to help with my acne and it works great!
Apple cider vinegar has a horrific smell and taste, but has great benefits for some. I combined this with my Aztec Healing Clay powder to create a facial mask three times a week and it worked well to help keep my skin free of clogged pores caused by foundation that was too thick. I do believe apple cider vinegar does not pair well with skin that has eczema as the acidity may be too strong.
I am an avid user of Apple Cider Vinegar, and Bragg has been a trusted brand for me for many years. Not only is it good to take 1-2 tbsp a day for health (good for healthy hair and skin) it is my perfect salad dressing. Add a few splashes of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, Seasoning Salt, and a tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil. Very healthy tasty salad.
It is made with pure ingredients and it must be kept in the fridge after opening, and always in a cool dark place. The light will kill the active enzymes.
I recommend this product.
I used this as diluted toner to get rid of my acne [sigh tried so much stuff] and I love that it worked over-night. It peeled my skin around my chin area after one usage. I also mix this in my clay and use it weekly. Highly recommended!
If you are looking to improve your immune system and wish to also find a product that will help your digestion and will help to control your weight this Bragg Apple Cidder Vinager is what you need. Honestly, it doesn't really taste good, but it can be good for your health. This is an old Gluten Free product that can bring a lot of benifice to your body! You should try!
Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for many different purposes. It can be used in a variety of dishes, and it has multiple health benefits. ***TIP: You can fill up a shooter glass with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with a few drops of dish detergent to catch pesky fruit flies.
It is my morning, and evening cure. I use 2 to 3 tbsp and drink it with water or you can mix it with water to help with bloating, digestion, feeling fuller, and increased energy. I recommend Braggs because it is organic, unfiltered, and with the mother. It is known for weight loss and lowering blood sugar levels.
Brace yourself when you smell it. It's a potent smell, but it does wonders for the body. It is a nutritional powerhouse. After drinking it, I always rinse and brush my teeth immediately so the acid doesn't wear my enamels out.
The taste may be rough, but the benefits are well worth the pucker power!
This helps aid digestion, works well in a salad dressing, works as a light chemical peel.. My family has used this to cure/shrink/heal boils, kill fungus, get rid of skin tags and burn off moles. Seriously, this stuff is gold!! Get some!
So ACV is not a yummy product, but this brand is great both for internally and externally (diy beauty/hair products).
It's funny, I'm reviewing a food product here by its "taste" but really and truly I use my apple cider vinegar at least 10 different ways and only one of them is for ingesting!
I use diluted apple cider vinegar as a toner, a spot corrector for acne, as part of a cleaning regime in my house, it can help freshen the air, and, it can definitely be used as a tea with honey, lemon and cinnamon when you're feeling sick.
It's a wonder product, but I usually use it for my beauty regime more often than not. I find that most other toners are too harsh for my skin, but a little diluted ACV goes a long way to keeping my skin healthy.
