Just what I was looking for!

I love and trust the Bragg name. Their Nutritional Yeast was no disappointment. I can add it to foods and can trust it gives me and my family the extra nutritional I expect. It has a wonderful cheesy flavour that I enjoy adding to popcorn and pasta. I will sprinkle it in salads and eggs and anything else I wish to beef up the flavour and nutrition. Try it! Amazing taste! High in b vitamins which are the anti-stress vitamins. Super especially to add to organic popcorn! Makes it taste cheesy and this is the only brand that offers nutritional yeast in a gluten free option. Highly recommend!
