I have yet to actually use this as a salad dressing because it tastes so good in a lot of different recipes. You can try it in a stir fry, use it as a sauce for chicken, or roast your vegetables in it. It comes in an attractive, reusable glass carafe which I sometimes use to put small flowers in from the garden.
