Great appetizers

Brazi bites are a delicious side for a meal or an appetizer. They are like little pillows of cheese stuffed bread. The kids gobbled them up.
You can dip in sauce (like marinara) or eat them plain.

dont waste your money

A friend of mine brought over a bag of Brazi Bites from the frozen section of the store - to try for the first time. We followed the directions on how to bake but they were not very good. We tried the cheddar and parmesan type. They never got bigger than a golf ball - there were no directions on allowing them to come to room temp or rise - I think they're meant to cook right out of the freezer. They had a weird funky fakey cheddar flavor and a weird oily after taste - nobody at my party really dug them and I dont think I'll be buying any of the other flavors. Maybe if we had let them come to room temp first they may have been more tender - but this seems like a novelty that wont last very long - not very good
