We enjoyed Bread & Butter Merlot on New Year’s Eve, and it was a hit with everyone! Its rich notes of plum, dark cherry, and a hint of sweet baking spice were perfectly balanced. The smooth, chocolatey finish with subtle vanilla made it incredibly easy to drink. It paired beautifully with our roasted meats, cheeses, and even the heartier vegetable dishes. Bread and Butter is one of the newest brands of wine have tried and I am surely impressed. For a reasonable price it provides superb quality. Having it available at the LCBO really helps in accessibility too. The wine itself is great and a conversation starter at parties.

I’m not really a wine drinker, but this was surprisingly really sweet. I kind of liked it. I drank a glass or two. Ha ha. My mother-in-law also really enjoyed it and I ended up gifting it to her to add to her collection.

My wife and I really enjoyed this Merlot. Decided to try it before gifting a bottle. Unfortunately, the bottle didn’t last very long. We’ll definitely be adding it to a few Christmas gifts this year.
