Don't laugh. It does look a little silly to put on but if you get the relief of breathing, do you really care how you look? No. I love how it widens my nasal passages and I can breathe deeper without struggling. I never had a problem with it falling off. It always helps to have a few of these in your night stand.

Last week I was severely congested with my cold to the point where I couldn't sleep laying down because iit made it so hard to breath.I remembered one night that I had free samples of the strips and decided to try them to see if they would work and they did! It took a few minutes but I got a good night sleep and got some much needed rest. The very next day I got Jeremy to go buy a pack for me to have so I wouldn't suffer any more while trying to rest and sleep.

I used these to improve my breathing while I slept to reduce sleep apnea. However, I found these didn't improve my breathing whatsoever. They wouldn't stay on my nose at all and even in the moments when they did, they didn't do their main function whatsoever. I was concerned that I was placing them wrong so I had my doctor apply one for me, and no luck.

I received them as a free sample from another site, and they worked great. I'm normally a mouth breather as I fall asleep and it stopped my nose from feeling like it was becoming blocked as I fell asleep. I can't seem to find any medicated ones for cold and flu though.

These strips are genius! Last week I had a cold and my sinuses were very congested, and I felt immediate relief after putting one of these strips on.
The strip feels comfortable to wear, and it's easy to apply and remove as long as you're gentle and remove with water. It stayed on throughout the night and allowed me to get some much needed rest.
It basically holds your nose open more, which really helps when you're stuffed up and have irritated sinuses. It doesn't clear up the congestion, but it takes away some pressure and immediately makes my sinuses feel more open and relaxed.
Because of the way it works, it makes my nose look much wider! But it gave my bf and I a good laugh, and it's a small price to pay for relief from a stuffy nose, especially since it's drug-free.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone! It's great whether you're suffering from a cold or allergies and it works instantly.

My daughter really likes these. She has trouble breathing through her nose, and they open up her nasal passages. When she goes on the road to play sports, they keep her from snoring at night. She would wear them during gameplay, but they really look awful.

Breathe Right Nasal Strips are a staple in my medicine cupboard. They work so well, and are drug free.
No need to worry about allergic reactions, sugar content or medicine interactions with these strips. I do prefer the tan strips to the clear ones though (clear stuck too much and hurt when I took them off in the morning).
