Okay I will admit, I have a snoring problem. But I also have a sleep disorder and then to top things off I move around a lot in bed. Because of all of that, I can not get these to work for the life of me (or my partner). I really liked the Breathe Right throat spray. That worked!

I got this as a sample and it worked wonders on opening up my airways. I didn't have a problem with it staying on like some others experience. However, the sticker price really is prohibitive from me actually paying for it.

The thing about these I got mixed thought on them. If I didn't get the free on freebies all the time I would never use them. These are too pricey to by because they come off in my sleep. That is for sure to happen. They do open up the air ways but they just don't stay on.

I wish I knew if this product really worked, but it would not stay adhered to my skin long enough to find out. Bummer.

found that they stick at all, didnt work

My husband uses these every night. It is hard to find the large size. One has to clean the surface of the nose first of facial oils before applying or it will not stick well. I get a better night sleep and so does my husband since he started using them. Costco has them at the best price I have seen so far and they carry the large size.

I tried using this product several times.....couldn't stand the feeling of something on my nose!! I woke up many times at night ripping it off my nose.....so don't think it's worth using!

Who would have thought something so simple could be so effective. Really love this product, and could use it every night.

These are one of the best things I think to help you breathe when you are all stuffed up from a cold. It opens up your nasal passages and let's you get a better sleep when you are sick!

Another one of the uses I have found for these is that they help people stop snoring! People in my family are really bad snorers and when I gave them one of these they don't snore at all! Amazing how you can find other uses too!

My son used these at night, not to prevent snoring, but to help open up his nasal passages so he could breathe better. He has troubles at night due to an allergy that he has in his bedroom that we have not been able to discover yet. He found he could breath easier and thus sleep better.
