helps my deviated septum

I have a deviated septum that I've had surgery on once but still have minor problems breathing when I'm sleeping. When I have one of these on, it makes it so much easier to breathe so that I can get a good rest.

man can my husband snore!!! doesn't help he has a broken noise but this helps him breath better at night and get a better sleep and not so much snoring which in end give me a better nights sleep lol

My family uses Breathe Right strips when we are sick with a cold or stuffed up with seasonal allergies :( They definitely help open up the nasal passage. I bought the wider strip version just wondering about them and personally, I wouldn't do it again as they were too wide and kept my mind on the feeling of them pulling my skin, but the regular ones, absolutely purchase them!

I had these sitting in my bathroom for quite a while before finally trying them out, now that I have tried them I wonder how I lived without them. These 100% work exactly as they are supposed to! I was having one of those days where my face felt heavy and I wasn't getting enough air through my nose so I put one of these bad boys on and instantly noticed a difference in my airflow. I immediately put one onto my husband to test if the strip would help with his snoring. Of course the strips didn't completely eliminate the snoring but they helped quite a bit. In the morning I felt like I had actually slept, which is rare, and I attribute that feeling of a great rest all to the increased airflow the strips provide! I definitely need to keep these on hand

These things are awesome. I got a free sample of two strips and my husband and I each used one when we were feeling stuffy. He tried it first and said, "Wow!" and took a deep breath and was like, "Yeah, this DEFINITELY works!" and he wore it for a while until he felt better, then removed it before he went to sleep. HE DIDN'T SNORE THE REST OF THE NIGHT! He ALWAYS snores, at least very lightly a little bit. Then a couple of days later, I woke up stuffy and achy and thinking I was getting sick. I tried the other one and it opened up my sinuses almost immediately. I kept it on until I felt better overall, shortly before we went out for the day. It was super comfortable and I nearly forgot I was wearing it! The only downside for me was that it was almost painful to remove; I had to do it VEEERRRYYY slowly and gently. But otherwise, it was AWESOME. We don't really need them for sleep, but this is DEFINITELY something I'll be keeping around and in handy for those sicky, stuffy days.

I cannot live without this product! I have chronic sinus congestion and that helps me a lot on days that are tougher. I also put one on to sleep when I have a headache or feel one coming on. I feel as though the amount of extra air helps me get rid of the headache.

You just need to remember to really wash the glue away from our nose before putting on makeup! A hot shower or a bit of rubbing alcohol will easily do the trick.

I also tried the pharmacy's brand of nasal strips and boy, they did NOT hold up! They would just not stick.

The only negative point is the price. I find it a bit costly but I can easily find them in special for an okay price. But the relieve they give me is worth every penny!

I've used this a few times with a cold when badly congested. They work by pulling and opening the nostrils so you can breathe better. Usually i have to use them in combination with a decongestant.
No they don't make the nose look bigger in the morning (this was one of my irrational fears...)
They are bit pricier, and i've seen generic versions available, but in my opinion the Breatheright strips are more comfortable and the edges are less irritating because the fabric sticks better.

I received these nasal strips as a sample and just tossed them in the bathroom drawer thinking one of hte men in my family may want to try them out one day to help with snoring. I forgot about them until I had a bad cold and thought of trying them out to help me sleep with a stuffy/congested nose. I was so glad I kept them - they really work wonders for anyone with a congested nose wanting to get some sleep. It helped open things up and keep my nasal passages clear so I could breathe easily and get a good night's sleep! I have purchased them since and recommend them to anyone with a cold. My only complaint is that they are more expensive than I thought they would be, which means we only use them when we are sick.
