I find these definitely help, but not 100%. They help me breathe better, but not normally. I mean I knew this wouldn't take away my congestion completely but I guess I just expected more for all of the great reviews I've read on this.
I got these as a sample and figured I'd try one out. Well, it was sort of uncomfortable, for me at least. I know they are probably good for a lot of people, just not me.
I've had many free samples and also decided to buy it. This product does work, I've used this when I had a cold and it opened my nostrils. To make sure the product works you have to place it properly and have no oil residue on your nose and it will stay in place.
These are so simple yet now I always have a few by my nightstand. I only use them when I get really sick with a stuffed nose and can't breathe through my nose at night. These are really the only thing that gives any improvement for that, and it can be so hard to try to sleep through your mouth at night when you're sick. The placement of the strips on the nose is key and they don't reposition b/c they're so sticky so make sure you get the spot right on the first try. When the placement is correct I can immediately feel more air and flow through my nasal cavity. Sometimes I use a face oil to remove them in the morning b/c they do stick on there super tightly.
My husband snores so incredibly loud and makes sounds like he's chocking, partly because he sleeps with his mouth shut the entire night. I had him try breathe-right strips and I've never stopped buying them. Now he barely makes a peep and I get to sleep through the night without being woken up!
He doesnt mind wearing them and I love them!
These do not stay on your nose and barely work when they do stay on. It is frustrating when you try to put one on and another and none of them stick!!
I bought Breathe Right Nasal Strips for my husband because I'm willing to do anything for him to stop snoring. He went to see a sleep specialist and DR told him it's due to his breathing (or something to that extent) It does not work at all (didn't help with the snoring, that's for sure) I asked him if it made a difference he said no. :(
I originally got to try this due to a free sample. I've been saving them for when I really needed it, and the past couple weeks I've needed them! I was so stuffed up, I couldn't sleep. I decided to give one of these a shot, and it helped keep my nasal ways clear enough I could breathe okay. All you do is open the package, peel the back like a bandaid and stick it on! They are a little expensive to buy, not horrible, and they go on sale for reasonable prices! If you have a snoring spouse or stuffy nose preventing you from meeting Mr
Sandman, I'd give these a go!
I like these nasal strips, when the remain on my face. Some nights they stay on until morning and some nights they end up stuck to my forehead or pillow. I've tried rubbing my nose down with rubbing alcohol, but still sometimes they unstick. I guess this is still better than sticking too well and ripping my skin off. I will still use these, cause when they stick, they work.
I have been using these for many years. I snore very little and almost never wake in the middle of the night with a dry throat and mouth. I prefer the original large tan to the extra and other variations.
