Kids loved it.
Breyers Nanaimo Bar flavoured Ice Cream was pretty good. My little one loved it, and ate it right up! It definitely had that chocolatety Nanaimo bar taste, but had alittle too much coconut for my liking. I was also slightly disappointed it didn't have Nanaimo bar chunks; which would have been amazing! I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who enjoys Nanaimo Bar with extra coconut.
Great ice cream, SO difficult to find!
I was super excited to try this ice cream, but it took us going to probably about 12 stores until we found the Nanaimo bar flavour!!! Most stores have the blueberry and butter tart but not the Nanaimo bar flavours! Once we did find the ice cream, it was delicious! Tasted very similar to a Nanaimo bar, it was just missing a bit more coconut flavour! But absolutely delicious otherwise! It may be a bit too sweet for some, but we loved it!
Delicious
Great classic texture. It’s basically chocolate with bits of coconut and ribbons of “cream”. I think this flavour is great as Nanaimo bars is one of my favourite desserts. I just wish there were actual bits of Nanaimo in this.
Better Than I Thought!
Not gonna lie, I was curious to try these flavours but didn’t think they would be anything too special. My family and I were pleasantly surprised! We got the Nanaimo bar flavoured ice cream and it was very yummy! It was smooth, creamy, and had nice little bits of coconut. It tasted like an iced Nanaimo bar but not as sweet (which was appreciated). Price was average and taste was good.
It actually reminds me of a Nanaimo bar!
I was pleasantly surprised that this actually tastes like Nanaimo bar. It also wasn’t too sweet either which I liked! My only complaint is that is it more chocolatey than custardy
Better than I expected!
This was tough to find being new, but I finally located it to review and immediately tested it out. I'm pleasantly surprised. This isn't the type of ice cream I'd normally purchase - I worried it would be way too sweet. But it actually isn't. I like the light, almost whipped consistency and it isn't candy sweet. And I definitely get the 'Nanaimo bar' flavor they were going for. The only thing is maybe the coconut is a little too strong (can't taste any hint of the custard center, it's primarily the taste of chocolate and coconut that is most strongly coming across). And the little bits of coconut feel a bit grainy and it disturbs the smoothness for me a bit.
Tastes just like a Nanaimo Bar!
@Breyers has come out with some NEW Canadian 🍁 flavours and I was lucky enough to be chosen to try one of them! I received a Natural Vanilla and the NEW Nanaimo Bar!

The Nanaimo Bar ice cream was surprising! It actually tastes just like a Nanaimo bar!! ❤ The only thing was that the coconut bits were larger than I would have liked in my ice cream. But I'll have to over look it as it tasted so good!
Interesting flavour
I was super excited when I found this product in stores. The light ice cream is chocolatey, creamy, and to my surprise also had bits of coconut flakes in it. It was definitely interesting to find the flakes in here since the typical nanaimo bars that I know doesn't include it. Flavour profile is a mesh between Nanaimo bar and coconut macaroons. Delicious combo.
Creamy and delicious
My absolute favorite Canadian dessert is Nanaimo bar!! So when I saw there was an ice cream version I had to try it!! It's got all the flavors of the traditional bar but in a cool, creamy ice cream. Def reminds me of my favorite dessert.
Taste just like a Nanaimo Bar
Breyer's Canadian Desserts Nanaimo Bar taste exactly like having a Nanaimo Bar. This is so tasty and delicious I could've eaten the whole tub of ice cream no joke. The taste of the coconut and chocolate is perfect. It's not too sweet as it is a light ice cream. Love it and will buy it over and over again.
