Luxuriously rich and creamy!

I've tried many Breyer's products, and to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of their 'classic' ice cream selections as I haven't found them to be the 'best' quality or even unique flavour combinations. I like the 'double churn' and creamery versions a bit better as you can actually taste the difference in quality. This flavour in comparison to the regular chocolate version exemplifies the differences when you compare them head to head. It is rich, luxurious and 'velvety' as they promise. The price points for Breyer's are very reasonable overall. I love adding in additional fruits, nuts, sauces, etc. Give it a try!

Meh...

It’s a pretty basic chocolate ice cream. It’s very creamy and not hard or bitter at all, but still doesn’t have much to “add to the table”. It’s good if you’re looking for a plain Jane chocoalte ice cream and don’t want to risk the store brand kinds, but I wouldn’t recommend this as a “splurge”... they offer much better for the same price.

I'm not often a big fan of chocolate ice cream but I loved this version. The taste is so creamy and smooth and so, so good! I defenetly recommend it to all!

I LOVE dark chocolate and I really enjoyed this dessert!

I'm the first to admit that Breyer's isn't my go-to brand these days, However I was very pleasantly surprised with this dark chocolate frozen dessert (because it's not ice cream, right?) It tastes great and even better with toppings. My whole family loved it.

it tastes good but has a small aftertaste of weird chocolate and the texture is sorta diferent from regular ice creams aannd it dosent seem to me that it melts.

Ce n'est pas la meilleure crème glacée que j'ai pu goûter mais il faut dire que ça vaut complètement la peine lorsque c'est en solde ;) Crémeux et doux, c'est délicieux.

I love chocolate but this was a little too over the top for me. Yes it was sweet, creamy and chocolatey but the dark chocolate had such a bitter aftertaste. No one in our family liked it.

Chocolate wonderful classic dessert. I love this so much. My kids love it on waffle cones, I like it on any kind of cakes. So creamy. So very delicious.

Right now my new favourite ice cream is Breyer's Creamery Style Dark Chocolate Velvet Frozen Dessert. It's too bad that it's frozen dessert and not actual ice cream. I remember Breyer's used to be ice cream and then outta no where changed to Frozen Dessert. Anyway, may it was always frozen dessert but claimed to be ice cream back then. The dark chocolate ice cream is nice with brownies and cream. Yum yum.

J'adore la creme glacée et le chocolat et avec celle-ci je peux me rassasier avec son gout intense chocolaté et une texture parfaite en bouche je dirait de la sortir quelque minute avant de la manger par contre
