A nice treat

I have had the cookies and cream product and the taste is second to none. I am a huge ice cream lover so these are perfect for people such as myself who sometimes just need a little something.

Jai essayé la nouveele creme glacé Breyers delights Cookies & Cream.
premières impression du contenant et du prix.... cest petit et c'est dispendieux . le contenant est attirant a l'oeil et les calories bien en évidence sur le devant.

Pour ce qui est du gout et de la texture; la texture est pas tres crèmeuse mais faut si attendre vue que c'est fait avec du lait écrèmé, mais il ne manque pas de cookies&cream;. Le gout est bon rien a redire sur cela jai bien aimé.

Low preference of its category

On my search to find this product I had a tough time but then found it at SDM. I got to try this product free from Chick Advisor!! I was chosen to try the Cookies and Cream dessert. I found there is a chemically aftertaste and the cookie part was yummy but the ‘ice cream’ portion was very unauthentic tasting. I would not recommend this specific product as there are others in the same category I tried and was so yummy I could not put it down. Also, I found the price was way too high for a small container of Breyers.

Could have been more creamy

This ice cream had a decent cookies and cream flavour, however, I found that the lack of creaminess was noticeable, despite the fact that it is made with skim milk and cream, . The texture was more of a sorbet or ice milk product.

Other than the lack of creaminess, the flavour was decent. There was a good amount of cookie bits in the ice cream. Each tub of ice cream is fairly small and contains only four servings. My family ate it all in one evening and we each got small portions (even my kids noticed how little and ow quickly it went). For families, it would be nice if the container size was a little bigger.

Each serving was fairly low on sugar (8 grams), and contained 4 grams of protein. Be aware that there are artificial sweeteners in this product, in addition to real sugar.

The bottom line is, while this tastes ok, if I am going to treat myself to ice cream, I will buy something creamy with more fats.

Good ice cream

I liked this ice cream. However for the price I feel it should have been better then just regular ice cream. There really wasn't much in it for the cookies part just a few small chunks which was disappointing. For the high price and small container I was expecting it to be amazing and it wasn't. It's just like any other average ice cream product out there.

Would be a great treat if you're on a diet!

I was so surprised by the low calories and all the other nutritinal info on this ice cream. It's about 4 times less the calories per serving than my regular fav. It was okay- But it was simply not as creamy or as tasty as real ice cream. The flavour and texture was different than real ice cream. It did have some yummy chunks of cookies but the ice cream part of it lacking. It just wasnt sweet or creamy. I could tell it wasn't real ice cream and it does taste like a diet/low calorie/low sugar product.

***HOWEVER IF I was on a diet then this would be an amazing treat! It still tasted good but it just isn't what I normally eat for ice cream***

But in my world of sweet treats & ice cream it just doesnt cut it. I unfortunately would not buy this product for myself.... especially at $7!!

I was super excited to try Breyers Delights as I am an ice cream lover! I was surprised in the store at the price, $6.99 for a small container. While my girls enjoyed it, to me I could taste that it was definitely a “diet” ice cream. I personally wouldn’t buy it again, though I do enjoy other Breyers products!

Compromis intéressant

La crème glacée BREYERS DELIGHTS COOKIES & CREAM est une option intéressante pour ceux qui souhaitent se gâter en faisant l'économie des calories. Le produit est satisfaisant et donne une sensation rassasiante. Un arrière-goût un peu artificiel trahit par contre la nature du produit.

Interesting but very expensive

Was an interesting ice cream. Was very expensive for what it was worth. #gotitfree But The coupon did not cover the whole price. Which is a little different downsize as to how much you actually get. The taste was interesting and that could be from using the skim milk over cream to make it. I think if you want to have ice cream while counting calories it is ok. But I would prefer a rich ice cream if I was going to enjoy it.

Low calorie ice cream

I tried Breyers low calorie cookies and cream ice cream. It was a small container and was priced at 5 dollars. I #gotitfree with my Chick Advisor trial. My family tried it and I personally did not find it appealing. It however melted in the car on the way home from the grocery store. I put it in the freezer then tried it. It seemed to taste alright but a slight taste of artificial sweeteners and was whipped fluffy. Not the typical ice cream indulgence I was looking for.
