I bought this on sale and was really impressed with the flavor profile. The maple was authentic and bold but not overpowering. I;m not a big fan of too many nuts in ice cream, but that wasn't an issue with this maple walnut flavor as it has a smooth texture throughout with ribbons of maple but no actual nut pieces. Not a gourmet ice cream by any means but certainly a good everyday item to enjoy at home.
