Reminded me of eating Cool-whip
I was excited to try a dairy free ice cream style dessert that was also gluten free. I found the mouth feel reminiscent of cool whip edible oil product. Definitely does not have the peanut butter in ribbons or tiger stripes throughout the product as depicted on the container. The peanut butter is more of a chunk in the middle of the vanilla part. I scooped out a nice big bowl and about halfway through I felt like I had had enough: that grossed out feeling.
I bought it as a price match for $1.88 so not a huge loss. I won't buy it again.
Wonderful, buying often
I've bought this product about 4 times now and will definitely continue buying it as long as it is available. I wanted to try to eat less dairy, so I decided to try this. This is perhaps one of the most wonderful frozen desserts I've ever tasted, it's better than real ice cream!! The only reason I'm not putting 5 stars for everything is because it is more expensive than other ice creams, but for a non-dairy one the price is great!
The Best Non-Dairy
Probably my favourite non-dairy out there. You get a lot more for what you're paying than you do with other brands and I love the peanut butter swirled into the vanilla in this one. So satisfying.
So good for diary free!
Such a rich and creamy vanilla base with peanut and almond butter swirled in, nut chunks, and hints of salt. It’s a really good combination and I love it Ben more after it’s melted for a bit! Best part is it’s diary free and less fat too!
Great dairy-free option!
I have a dairy allergy, so it's great to see more brands release dairy-free ice cream, especially Breyers with their two flavors.
Of the two, this peanut butter variety is my favorite. Smooth texture and with a not overwhelming peanut butter taste, but just enough. Not overly rich with calories either, which is a plus!
I pick this up at Save-on Foods whenever it's on sale.
Best dairy free dessert hands down
This used to be something I could swing into Target and pick up during everyone of my shopping trips but it is no longer being sold at the store. I suppose my check book is happy to save a little at Target since it seems to drain itself during every trip.
This is by far the most creamy ice cream that I have found in a dairy-free option. There is no chalky after taste and the peanut butter taste is subtle without being overbearing. This ice cream will make you forget that you are eating a snack that is thick and creamy and made with almonds instead of milk and cream.
One of my favourite non-dairy desserts!
One of the few dairy-free ice creams that you wouldn't know is dairy-free. It tastes just like Breyers classic frozen desserts that I had as a kid. The vanilla part is sweet and classic, and the peanut butter swirl is fudgey and delicious. Would highly recommend!
Mediocre PB iceceam
After trying the Breyers non dairy cookies and cream ice cream I thought it was about time try the Breyers non dairy vanilla peanut butter ice cream as well. My expectations were a little high because I liked the cookies and cream ice cream so much but sadly the vanilla peanut butter ice cream was a let down! The taste wasn't gross but it also wasn't anything special, it was just like eating normal vanilla ice and putting a drizzle of salty melted peanut butter in it! J can't say I see a reason to buy this cream again!
Not a fan of the Vanilla Peanut Butter Flavor
The texture and quality of this non dairy 'ice cream' is excellent! But I was not a fan of Vanilla Peanut Butter. I will definitely try out the other Breyers Non Dairy flavors. Affordable price point, nice packaging. Always happy to see dairy free options!
Super yummy
I got to try the Breyers non-dairy Vanilla Peanut-butter for free from ChickAdvisor and it was delicious. For a non-dairy treat it was smooth and creamy and full of taste. Something the entire family enjoyed.
