I tried this as part of the Product Review Club. I bought the strawberry ice cream bars and they were delicious! I am definitely an ice cream lover and previously, to save the calories, I have always bought the breyers 100calorie cups. These bars were creamier, still a healthier choice than regular ice cream and I felt like the portion was more satisfying. Although the regular price was pretty steep, I would buy these again, especially because I find breyers often goes on sale... And with summer here, I can't live without ice cream! :)

very good ice cream..I been buying it ever since sample! Banana cream pie is amazing, as is Heavenly HAsh (HH has always been my fav ice cream) BREYERS has great almonds whole almonds and and choc. chunks..I would suggest Breyers to anyone

I tried the Creamy Chocolate tub of this wonderful ice cream and I loved it. As someone who tries to eat healthier options, I can't say I have had the regular Breyers ice cream to compare this to. However I really couldn't tell that it was a "less fat" ice cream.
I thought the texture was light yet creamy and it wasn't overly sweet. It also didn't have an artificial taste, which some of the light products can have.
I would definitely try some of the other flavours in this line of products. I have already recommended this ice cream to several of my friends.
My only issue with it, is the price. I happen to get it on sale for $4.99, but the regular price of $7.49 seems a bit steep.

I love the chocolate velvet..it as such a great taste and you can easily tell it's not the cheap kind of icecream.
Yes, some may think that it's expensive but once you tasted Breyers, it's very easy to understand that you pay for quality icecream.
I recommend it 100%..a must try at least once.

I LOVE ice cream and I am always trying out the new flavours.
Breyers smooth and dreamy was great!! I went for the Mocha Fudge Brownie, I loved the chunks of brownie in it! And the ice cream itself is very smooth, it doesnt even taste like its half the fat! Usually if its half the fat, it kinda tastes off, but the smooth and dreamy tasted full flavoured.

I would buy it again, however only as a treat as the price was a bit pricey to me $7.99 at walmart

I opted to try the Dulce de Leche flavour of Breyer's Smooth & Dreamy ice cream (half the fat) because I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but I love all things caramel.

As far as ice cream goes this one was really good. I found it very smooth and very creamy. It had the perfect consistency and amazing flavour. The caramel swirl in the ice cream was so yummy! Compared to other full fat ice creams, this one tasted very similar. I tested Breyer's Double Churn ice cream last year, and I must say this Smooth & Dreamy was easily as delicious and enjoyable as the full fat alternative from Breyer's. I also found the Smooth & Dreamy to be considerably better than other low/half fat ice creams. I usually find other reduced fat ice creams to taste a little gritty, but the Breyer's Smooth and Dreamy was not like this at all. There is something about the way they make this ice cream that makes it taste as rich and creamy as any full fat ice cream, and to be perfectly honest, it might have even been more smooth and creamy than many full fat ice creams I've tried.

I highly recommend this ice cream on its own merit as an ice cream (not just a reduced fat alternative). If you love ice cream, but want something lower in fat this is the best option out there, it tastes just as good, if not better than other full fat/full calorie ice creams.

Loved this flavor! Classier (if you can say that about ice cream) than a regular caramel. Very smooth and not too sweet. Great flavor and texture. Will definitely buy this brand / flavor again.

I got to try this ice cream as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and what could be better than getting to try ice cream for free! I tried the Dulce de Luce and it really enjoyed it. It's very smooth and doesn't really taste low fat at all. I'm not a fan of other low fat ice creams, as I find the texture to be strange even if the taste is good and usually opt for frozen yogurt or gelatos instead but this might just make me change my mind!

I got this new product from Breyers in the Dulce de Leche flavor. I love anything with caramel, and this product does not disappoint. I have never been a fan of low fat diary products, as I feel that I can never get that satisfying creamy flavor and texture that only comes from full fat. Well, I am happy to say that this ice cream, even though it has half the fat, does not taste watery and anemic at all. Every spoonful was creamy and satisfying. The product has just the right amount of caramel in in so that I get the sweetness of the caramel without it overwhelming the creaminess of the ice cream.
As a matter of fact, I served it as a dessert at a dinner party at home with friends, and everyone loved it. When I told them that it's half the fat, no one believed me until I showed them the box. Everyone can't get over how creamy and satisfying the ice cream is.
Since it's only half the fat, I can justify eating twice the amount!
I rated the price as great because I found it on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart last week for $3.99. I think the regular price is $6.99 which is comparable to what most other higher end grocery store ice creams are selling for.

I was soooo happy when I was chosen to review this product. I chose the Mocha Fudge Brownie. It was mouth watering! I couldn't get ever how smooth and creamy it was. I honestly couldn't even tell that it had half the fat and calories of regular ice cream. It was so delicious. I definately recommend this ice cream to everyone!
