Love this icecream its really rich and creamy... my kids and i fight over the last bowl lol

This is a really yummy ice cream. The texture is smooth and it's very flavorful. I really like it and it's perfect for the summer!

I have to say this icecream was not 'smooth and dreamy' as the package proclaims. It was so difficult to scoop out, even though I used the hot-water-on-the-spoon method. . Anyway, with great difficulty, put the ice cream in a bowl and then ate it.

I did not like it. Flavour was artificial it seems like they mixed flour in it the icecream because i can taste the flour. The texture was not creamy whatsoever. Threw the whole box.

So it looks like I am back to spending my money on more creamy/flavorful ice cream...and I will never buy Breyers again.

Mmmmm., how can you not love Breyers ice cream? The texture is so creamy and smooth and the taste is sweet but not too sweet. A perfect combo. This is great to put in your morning coffee or eat straight out of the box!

Finally, after months of complications with my web browser, I'm finally putting in my review for Breyers Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream. It is what they say it is, smooth and definitely dreamy. I rarely eat grocery store ice cream but after reviewing a product in which exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be going back for more. In short, It was orgasmic lol creamy and the right amount of sweet for my sweet tooth.

We bought the chocolate Smooth and Dreamy. $4.98 at Superstore (Vancouver) for a 1.89L tub. Shared 2 scoops with my hubby and he thought it was pretty good. Very chocolatey and very rich. I told him it was low-fat and he was shocked! It truly does taste very creamy. I love the chocolate taste too! However, I recommend eating small amounts at a time because halfway through it, it started tasting VERY sweet and kinda gummy. To give you a comparison, I can usually handle sweet stuff but not too much of it. 1 nanaimo bar (~3x4 inches) is pretty good...I wouldn't be able to finish a 2nd one.

So, yes, do give this a try, but remember: don't overdo it! Enjoy!

I was all excited to get the Dulce de Leche flavour right from the beginning. I have always loved dulce de leche on ice cream and thought that it would be wonderful to have it in it already without having to buy or make it separately.

I found it at our closest Real Canadian Superstore for $8.99. The first thing I thought was holy crap, that's expensive! I love ice cream, but if I didn't have a free coupon or if it wasn't on sale, I probably wouldn't buy it.

The first taste I took of the ice cream was pretty good, but I noticed that it was a bit sweet. Looking at another Breyers ice cream carton I had in the freezer, I noticed that the Smooth and Dreamy had more (!) sugar. Ice cream is definitely one of my guilty pleasures, but I still try to be good when I'm buying it. That means I look out for the ones that have the least sugar, fat, etc. It lived up to its name of being smooth for sure. The dulce de leche part was really good and my husband kept going back in and scooping out the areas that had more of the swirly parts in it! It went down really well, but I noticed a slight aftertaste. My husband didn't so I guess that was all me.

All in all, I enjoyed the ice cream. I recommended it to some friends, but did let them know about the more sugar thing. Looking forward to reviewing something like this again in the future!
