I love to try to be that shabby, chic, struttin’ her stuff kinda mom when reality is, I have a full-time job, my own business on the side and a 15 month old to take care of…..oh, and a blog to keep up. I don’t always look the way I want (actually I never do) so when I get the chance to pamper myself in any way, even if I have to do the work myself, I’m in.

imPRESS press-on manicure sets from Broadway Nails. I’ve never heard of this company before. Originally I thought I had but after some research (which means a trip to Walmart), I realized they were a different company all together so I go into this review not knowing how well-known or how great/not-so-great this company actually is.

The second thing I noticed about these manicure sets was the bottles. Inside these nail polish bottles are the stick on nails. I find this BRILLIANT and so cute. Yes, I am one of those people who would buy this product just because of the packaging. Isn’t this adorable though? What you see in the picture below is not what you get. Well, it is but what you can see is the pile of nails behind those nails in the front. It seems as though there are two sets of nails per bottle.

I love the concept, I can’t love it enough. The lid is super smooth to get off. Once the applicator lid is off, you squeeze the side of the nail jar and ta-da!

This is really just like going to the manicure ladies except you don’t have to spend an hour getting your nails painted AND you get cooler looking nails from this. I can’t say they come out perfect because not everyone’s nails are the same size but my nails are wide – I’ve got man hands – but I was lucky to find sizes that worked without too much space in between.

The nails come with a clear backing which covers the sticky glue type substance on the back of the press-on nail. I touched it and I thought it was super glue. The nails stuck on beautifully and I purposely tried to mess up the placement of one of the nails to see how hard it was to remove and re-stick but it wasn’t hard at all. With enough ‘force’ but not too much, they came off without hassle and went back on with ease.

After I placed them all on my hands, I was excited because this was the first time I have ever done my own nails within less than 5 minutes and my entire finger nails were covered and no nail polish was on my fingers. THIS is why this product is so brilliant.

Why I love these:

You don’t have to wait for them to dry!!! I hate coloring my nails and still after 10 minutes I have cat hair stuck in my nails.
The last up to a week.
You have many patterns to choose from – not just boring colors
They shine like CRAZY!
They stick like a mad man even though you can remove them very easy. Oxymoron? Absolutely! But it’s true.
Don’t need to worry about that crazy glue they use for manicured nails – this doesn’t ruin your nails or make them weak!
They are the perfect length. You can still type and text without adding a few extra letters to your words and it’s very comfortable.

What I dislike:

I can’t say I dislike them. I did find one nail that was a bit wonky at the tip but all it took was a bit of a buffer at the tip and it was good to go.

I also just found out they have glitter!!!!! Hallelujah! Looks like I don’t need to spend $75.00 on a wedding manicure. I can spend $10.00 and have funky looking nails.

My friend wears this, they are very pretty but don't stick very well. so she try to keep them on with glue. i have a good laugh looking at her struggle with them.

This product is easy to use and I was quite impressed with the overall look when I finished applying on the nails. I was able to find nail sizes that closely matched mine so the nails actually did not look like press on nails. There's lots of different designs to choose from.

I've tried these a few times, as I've gotten them from the brand for review purposes, and actually have come to be quite fond of them. That said, they're not something I'd use everyday as I do love my nail polish, but for the times when I'm in an absolute hurry but want a little nail art too.

While these do apply fairly quickly, and have no dry time, give yourself a little longer than you'd expect the first time you use these (about 20-30 minutes) Why so long? It takes a bit to fit the nails to your nails and find the best size. Other than that, you just clean your nails with the wipe provided and stick them on. I only wear the short ones- anything longer is just too long- and even find the long ones can be a bit on the long side, but, these can be clipped an filed as needed.

Overall, these do look pretty good on and fairly natural. I love that you can get so many designs and that they're always adding new designs to the range.

I like the different designs of the press on nails.. great for someone who is too lazy to paint her nails or too busy for manicures. Even wore them for my wedding!

I do wish they were cheaper though.

I was never really one for press on nails.
However, the Broadway Nails imPRESS manicures have changed my whole view.

I love that the sets come with enough nails, in all sizes to conform to what you need.
The designs and colors are absolutely fabulous... Omgosh, I wish I could own them all! haha..

I feel they are a bit on the high side in price, as they only last a few days - But I definitely think they are worth it. Especially if you are maybe celebrating a special night out, or any holiday occasion.

My nails lasted about 5 days - And only then one had popped off as I was scrubbing the kitchen floor.
I was able to do all other household chores, including washing dishes and laundry, with ease and without any falling off.

The only thing I think I will do next time I purchase these, is buy a tiny thing of glue and glue them on, so they last!
I hated when I had to take them off! :)

I received these as a sample and was a little skeptical about how they would work. I've tried press-on type nails in the past and they *maybe* lasted a few hours.

But, I tried these and boy was I surprised! I had these on for a week before I finally took them off to change them for a different pattern. I think they would have lasted even longer, though, had I not removed them myself. And I gave these a full workout. I have two kids and over the week I wore these I washed dishes, did laundry, played sports and games, gave baths, cleaned, and so on and so on. I was impressed at how well these held up to the daily grind. I would definitely buy these again.

So impressed with this product!! Did not damage my nails underneath at all - in fact made them stronger! Great for an event - a quick fix mani!!

Works great when you have someone helping you. I could not do this on my own. I do recommend B-

It took me a total of 15 minutes to find the right fit for each nail and apply them on. I struggled a bit with pulling off some of the clear tabs. I like that there's no chemical smells and drying time. Another bonus is that one doesn't get the polish everywhere or smudge the polish, and ruin the designs. I was a bit grossed out that the glue on the underside of the manicure was visible and attracted lint. Some of the nails I noticed still had a tab (that is the nails weren't perfectly smooth) which is easily solved by filing the tabs down. I kept the nails on for a total of 5 days. After day 2 I had some nails that lifted off so I gently pulled the nail off and applied a fresh nail on. After the nails had fallen off or when I removed them I felt my natural nails could finally breathe. HOWEVER, there was no residue from the glue left behind on my natural nails and my natural nails did not turn yellow.

I would purchase these nails for special occasions and recommend nail lovers to try them out.
