100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
Our old BBQ was on its last legs but we couldn’t find a good one that we liked that had a back burner. All of the new BBQ’s on the market today have what they call back burners, how ever they really aren’t back burners. They have no flam to them, there more of a heat lamp then a real burner. Then we stopped at our local Patio Palace in town and found just what we were looking for and more. They were extremely helpful and knew just what we want. The Broil King Crown 90 BBQ that we settled on has a super 8 infinity burner, a new therma cast oven design that provides even greater clearance for larger roasts and it promotes better conventional cooking. Its stainless steel wrap is insulated from the direct heart of the oven that helps protect it from discoloration. It has a 40,000 BTU stainless steel burner system, a 10,000 BTU stainless steal side burner; a 15’000 stainless steal rear rotisserie back burner that has real flames just like we wanted! You get 635sq in total cooking surface including porcelain coated warming rack, 400 sq in primary porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids that are reversible. This is so you can get nice grill marks on your food, or you can turn them over to the other side witch is grooved to capture the juices for continuous basting while cooking. It has a high powered side burner that allows you to say, boil up some corn while you’re BBQ-ing your main dish. It has a sure lite electronic ignition system and a deluxe Accu- Temp- Thermometer allowing you to see just what temp it’s at before you begin cooking. Then on top of all that ours came with a free premium rotisserie kit. This kit is a heavy duty type, the spit its self is thick not flimsy like some are made. The claws that hold onto the meat are also heavy duty. It also has a balance thingy on it to unsure even cooking. The motor that runs it has a shut off switch right on it so you don’t have to keep unplugging it to stop it from rotating just so you can check if you meat is done. We find this to be very convenient addition to the rotisserie. The plug also has a lot longer cord then other systems I’ve seen have, so it’s not in the way at all. It has so much more that I just can’t tell you about all of it here. We just love our new Broil King Crown 90 BBQ and if you’re in the market for a new BBQ I would defiantly recommend you buy one.
