Wow what a combination that works so well and is like chocolate bliss melting in my mouth. This was shared (with a heavy heart) with hubby and he loved it maybe even more than me.

I was chosen to review Brookside dark chocolate tablet bar in Blueberry almond with Acai flavor courtesy of Brookside and Chickadvisor.
First, I would like to comment on the lovely packaging this bar comes in. It comes in a cardboard box with a bright foil wrapper inside that is a color corresponding to the fruit inside the bar. In this case, it was a bright, shiny blue to represent the blueberry and acai berry.
This was my favorite bar out of the three I was asked to review.
The chocolate used by Brookside is delicious! Its dark, rich and creamy. I loved the blueberry flavor in this bar however, I didn't taste the acai berry but it is a flavor quite similar to the blueberry so that may be why.
Secondly, I loved the nuts!! It gave it a bit of a crunch that is different and more pleasant than rice crisps. This was definitely a winner in my book. Loved it!!

This was a fantastic product. I loved the dark chocolate paired with the blueberries. Absolutely divine.

I really did not think Brookside could do any better than their bite-sized chocolates... but these bars beat it! They have all the quality and flavour of the bite-sized treats, but in a bar form. One of the nicest parts about these bars is the beautiful packaging and the funky pattern printed on the top of the bar. It is truly unique. However, my favourite thing about these treats is the quality dark chocolate. It is the perfect dark chocolate to indulge in every night. The blueberries added great texture and the acai flavour was heavenly. I will definitely be buying these again!

Wow it's so amazing! I knew it would be good but it exceeded my expections! It's smooth, decadent & melts in your mouth! I can't wait to try every flavour!

This bar is simply delicious!! A tiny bit tangy thanks to the Acai flavour and I can't get enough!
The crunch of the almond is perfectly complimentary to the tart tangy flavour of the fruit and all enveloped in the glorious dark chocolate. It is a chocolate lover's dream come true!

I may have found a new favorite for hostess gifts!

Good quality chocolate with a nice taste

I like this chocolate, good mixture of flavours with chocolate.
Surprisingly, I wanted to eat more of it, even though not a big dark chocolate fan.
I wouldn't by this particular flavour a lot, but wouldn't mind getting others and replace the oh so boring flavours in my chocolate cabinet. :P

This would make a perfect gift especially in those special gift baskets for all the occasions like get well soon, or new mother's survival kit, or university survival kit and more.

Would definitely recommend to others as well.

Go ahead and twist my arm. This chocolate bar has the best combo with dark chocolate and sweetness of blueberry. The almond combo made this bar one of my favourite choices from Brookside's newest line of tablet bars.

If I told you that I ate all this chocolate bar without leaving a crumb .. you will understand that it was exquisite! When I opened the package, I was won over from the start. A sublime chocolate smell came charmed my nose. Hastily , I am eager to taste it and I was very pleasantly surprised by the intense flavor of blueberry. For the price , it really is worth paying more to eat chocolate as a good quality. Moreover , I must mention that the blue packaging is really beautiful and the pictures that are printed on the bar.
