I received this bar as part of the product review club, and I am very impressed! I have always loved Brookside chocolates and this is no exception. The flavour is delicious, with hints of blueberry and acai, and just the perfect amount of crunch with the almond. I definitely recommend this chocolate bar!

The unique combo of blueberry, almond and acai was really nice, although I found the almond pieces a bit too small, so it seemed like there wasn’t as much. I guess I prefer the almonds to be a bit chunkier. It was still really good though! Out of the three flavours, I probably liked this one the least, even though it wasn’t that far off from the other two. Not sure if it was due to the aftertaste — it was really just a matter of personal preference. I would recommend to others.

I was ecstatic to sample and review three free Brookside Chocolate Tablet bars as it was more of a treat than a job to do! My first impression was that it was going to be a premium tasting experience based on the packaging and the high quality look of the tablet bars. The dark chocolate bars themselves looked rich and decadent compared to regular milk chocolate bars that you normally see for sale. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture combinations of the Blueberry Almond with Acai. The chocolate bar's berry fruit flavor complimented the dark chocolate very well and I loved the crunch that the almonds provided. The only negative was that I found the dried blueberries to be a little too chewy and they would get stuck in my teeth. I would definitely purchase the Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bars again as a snack or as a treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. I was able to get 3 of these chocolate bars to review and out of all 3, this one was my least favourite as I don't like blueberry flavour at all. I will say though that the quality of this bar was great. It wasn't all bad as the almond flavour in it shone through and brought out some good tasting chocolate. The acai I didn't really taste at all in it. I didn't mind this one though and I would recommend it for blueberry lovers!

I wish that there was an option inbetween "You Betcha" I'd recommend this product and "Fugheddaboutit!" as the bar is good... however, just not to my own personal tastes. I shared the bars with friends and co-workers... some who loved it, and others who felt the same way I did about it. I am not usually into "fruity" tastes in my chocolate.... however I can say the fruit taste was not over powering and the texture was nice. I would buy the bar again for someone whom I knew was a chocolate and fruit lover... however for myself, I prefer caramel, nut or truffle!

I love Brookside chocolate, so it was no surprise that this bar is very tasty. The bars come in 90g so it's a fair size. The packaging of the bars is very appealing, the actual bar wrapped in a nice blue metallic foil. The printing on the actual bar is very unique, each square having it's own design. The squares are a good size, and this bar is lasting me for quite some time as I like to savour each piece, letting it melt in my mouth. With it's sweetness, one square is usually plenty for me. I find the dark chocolate and almond help cut the sweetness of the blueberry acai. Overall, this is a delicious bar!

This is my favorite out of the 3 chocolate bars I received free from Chic Advisor. I was already a big fan of the original Brookside Blueberry and Acai dark chocolate, my family loves it too! I always love the high quality dark chocolate from Brookside. The combination of blueberry, acai is so lovely. With the addition of almond in this chocolate bar, it adds different layer to the chocolate. I love it!

I was really looking forward to trying this Brookside blueberry, almond with Acai flavour. I found that texture to be very creamy as with other Brookside products. I really like the combination of blueberry and almond, I must admit I didn't really notice the taste of the Acai.

For me this bar was just good enough. I don't know if I'd pair these two together for my tastes. I don't so much like the blue berry with the almond. It ok but not like the other bar I tried that I loved. I do like the blueberry acai on its own so I would buy that. Again I like that it's dark chocolate not milk chocolate. Dark chocolate has so many health benefits with antioxidants and such. I do like that having a few pieces is satisfying enough and not too high in calories. I do like the brook side brand I just won't be buying this exact bar again :)
