The taste profile of this combination of Blueberry and Açai Flavour, blew me away. I was leary at first not quite sure what to expect from the Açai Flavour being paired with such a well know taste as blueberry, but I was in love from the first bite. The accompanying almond is just the perfect compliment to round the flavor palette to a smooth luxurious taste. The texture was not what I expected, but something I soon learned to live with and look past, as it was the taste that was making these flavors meld perfectly on the taste buds. Bravo, you have a winner with this one! I shared with my partner, and both of us agree, this is a flavor for us. The one thing that is a mystery is the price difference for the same item, same weight, in different locations. Shoppers Drug Mart is gouging the customers, with Sobeys and Superstore falling mid-range, and the best deal by far is at Wal-mart Supercentres. You can be sure this chocolate will be appearing in many a gift, and as a treat in our household.

I usually purchase the brookside blueberry chocolate balls so I already knew what the blueberry bar might taste like. The bar wasn't as "chewy" as the chocolate balls, which I liked. It had more of a crisp to it. I enjoy all three of the bars and each have a specific taste to them so I couldn't really pick a favourite, they're all great!

I loved this chocolate bar. It was a tiny bit bitter so it lost some points but I really did enjoy it. If you want something not too sweet this is the right pick for sure.

Good quality chocolate, but I did not enjoy the flavour profile. The almond just did not go well with the acai.

I was very excited to receive the Brookside Chocolate bars to try for free. I love Brookside and these chocolate bars did not disappoint. The quality of chocolate is excellent as are the ingredients used in these bars. I love the blueberry almond with acai flavour. Every bite of bar had bits of the flavors in it without being overwhelming. I love the Brookside unique flavour combinations. I liked the thickness of the chocolate bar, gives the perfect bite. I will buy this again and I have told others about this brand and flavour

I had the opportunity to sample this delicious product. Let's start with the size and packaging of the chocolate tablet bar. It comes in a perfect size for sharing or for individuals who want a couple pieces here and there for a snack or after a meal (or to eat in one sitting - no judgment here :) ) The packaging is beautiful inside and out; it's very eye pleasing and stylish as well as easy to unwrap. The flavour is unique and the taste is elegant and delicious, very real fruit tasting and good quality chocolate. There is texture to the tablet, but it's very subtle. The price point is average compared to other dark chocolate bars. I would purchase in the future for myself and would buy for others as well.
